Division for Real Estate, Land and Structures Cadaster takes care of the railway property registry (land and structures) and performs other surveying operations for PE “Serbian Railways” needs. The land and structures are owned by the Republic of Serbia, whereas PE “Serbian Railways” are entitled to use them.
The total area of the land owned by PE “Serbian Railways” is 14150, 2998 ha. PE “Serbian Railways” property stretches over 130 administrative municipalities, or 1030 cadastral municipalities. |
This division has the following scope of work:
- Real Estate, Land and Structures Cadaster;
- Expropriation for the purposes of new lines construction and reconstruction of the existing ones;
- Surveying as a part of maintenance of the railway lines.
This division possesses:
- Technical and real estate legal documents for infrastructural structures;
- Cartography and surveying documents (railway line maps and plans);
- Surveys of maintenance and securing of the railway area border line;
- Analytical elaboration of track geometry with polygonometry network (x, y, z).
