This Division performs the following work:
- Preparation of annual and trimester plans for current and investive maintenance of the Construction Department railway buildings on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (around 6,000 structures);
- Preparation of technical and accompanying documents for contract award procedures in the field of current and investive maintenance of the structures;
- Coordination and cooperation with designers and contractors in the field of investive maintenance of the structures and technical supervision;
- Structure surveying and elaboration of minor designs for adaptation of the railway buildings;
- This division performs all of its activities in cooperation with WU for building maintenance.
