For the transport of blind persons by rail, the regular transport fare is charged and the companion of  blind person (person or dog) is transported free of charge on lines of railways members participating in the contract of free of charge transport for companions. For the blind person and companion, the return ticket is issued.

The stations equipped with ribbed rubber walking pads  and orientation panels for blind persons: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Subotica, Kraljevo and Cacak.

The establishments in which the acceptance and routing of passengers with disability in wheel chairs is performed are Belgrade, Novi Sad, Vrbas, Backa Topola and Subotica.
The passengers, persons in wheel chairs take in advance specified reserved place in the coach technically equipped for their transport in trains:
210/211 Beograd – Villach Hbf. - Beograd
270/271 Beograd - Prag – Beograd
314/315 Beograd - Villach Hbf. – Beograd
414/415 Beograd – VillachHbf. - Beograd

To the persons in wheel chairs, within the transport service are provided the following:
- parking place for road vehicles that persons with special needs in wheel chair use;
- access without stairs
- special mobile elevators which are used for the lifting of the person in wheel chair for the entrance in the coach and exit from the coach.
